sofia I have missed you I have been back in Bulgaria for about eight days and it has been great. The weather is fantastic, warm, sunny and the temperatures even go up to 27! The perfect Fall scenario. Being back in Sofia reminded me how much I miss the big city. I love living in Aalborg, but the dynamics of a big city such as Sofia give you a completely different vibe. The city is so alive, all the time, and there is so much to do! I love the comfort that Aalborg gives me and the short commutes, but…

Aalborg to Mallorca getaway Hey, guys hope you are well 🙂 Today I am sharing few snaps from our Mallorca getaway 🙂 I really needed a break from the bad weather and work so this trip came at the perfect time for me. It was probably one of my most relaxing vacations. I didn’t do any work whatsoever, went to bed late, slept in and ate all the good food <3. The place is really beautiful and perfect for summer beach vacation. In general, we spent our days sleeping in, going to the beach, eating all the food we want…

And if you know me, you know how excited I can get 😀 , now double that, and you have my current excitement state. I am so grateful that we are able to this right now, when we both need it so bad…He has been working like crazy, and I have been in a bit a of a dark place, so…

Date in Sofia with Andreas A small #TBT from a cozy evening in Sofia. Something I miss about Bulgaria is the diversity of kitchens and… most important… the heirloom tomatoes <3 . Also, it’s pretty affordable to eat out if you have a decent salary. You can easily go to a nice restaurant, and have a 2-course meal + some wine and fit in 60 – 80 leva (for 2p). These photos are from Spaghetti Kitchen Bar, a rather new restaurant in Sofia, with an urban chic atmosphere and Italian inspired kitchen. The interior was really, really pretty, and the…
